Mr. Galloway has been a director of E. W. Scripps since 2002. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Torstar Corporation (a media company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange) from 1988 until his retirement in May 2002. He is chairman of the Bank of Montreal and of Harris Bankmont (a Montreal bank and subsidiary of the Bank of Montreal) and is a director of Toromont Industries (an equipment dealer and gas compression company).
