Mr. Burlingame has been a director of E. W. Scripps since 1988 and is a trustee of The Edward W. Scripps Trust. From 1963 to 2003 he was a partner in the law firm of Baker & Hostetler LLP, serving as its Executive Partner from 1982 to 1997.
