Michael Costa
Mr. Costa has been a director since 2009. He was formerly managing director of Merrill Lynch & Company. Before joining Merrill Lynch in 1989 he was a mergers and acquisitions attorney at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York.
