Mr. Tysoe has been a director of E. W. Scripps since 1996. He served as a Senior Advisor of Perella Weinberg Partners LP from October 2006 until September 2007. He served as Vice Chairman of Federated Department Stores, Inc. (now Macy’s, Inc.) from April 1990 to October 2006. He is a director of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Cintas (a company providing specialized services, including uniform programs and other products to businesses), NRDC Acquisition Corp. (a special purpose acquisition corporation) and Taubman Centers, Inc. (a real estate company that owns and operates regional shopping centers).
