DBS Treasures and the Asian Food Channel
(AFC), which is part of Scripps Networks Interactive (Scripps) lifestyle networks, are proud to hold ‘DBS Treasures presents the Underground Supperclub with Chef Martin Yan’ in Taiwan.
Fondly known for coining the phrase “If Yan can cook, so can you!”
Chef Yan is recognised internationally as an accomplished food consultant, prolific author and star of AFC original productions, True Passion – Martin Yan and Back to Basics.
From Thursday 28 March to Friday 29 March, Chef Yan will amaze DBS wealth clients with his masterful knife skills, and will showcase his signatures dishes in an eight (8) course menu created specially for this event. Guests can look forward to dishes like Tea Smoked Duck Breast, Seafood Soup served with Sizzling Rice and Pomegranate Sorbet, Chopped Lychee and edible flower for garnish. The event will be held at the luxurious Grand Hy-lai Hotel. (Further information is available in the enclosed annexes).

The event kicked off last year in Jakarta with Chef Sho Naganuma – star of AFC Original productions, Great Dinners of the World and One Night in Langkawi – Sho Naganuma.
