Food Network, Travel Channel launch in Croatia

LONDON – November 7, 2013: – Scripps Networks International, the leading global developers and broadcasters of lifestyle programming, today announce that Food Network and Travel Channel are now available on Vipnet, Croatia’s second largest television platform.

Food Network, one of the fastest growing international lifestyle and food entertainment brands is broadcast in SD and includes programming such as Ina Garten’s Barefoot Contesssa, Unique Sweets, Guy Fieri’s Diners, Drive-In’s & Dives, Siba’s Table, Charly’s Cake Angels and Reza’s African Kitchen.  Food Network will be fully localised in 2014.

The world’s leading international travel broadcaster Travel Channel, is broadcast in SD and already fully localised.  Travel Channel’s flagship programmes include World’s Greatest Motorcycle Rides, Bizarre Foods America, Luxury Uncovered and International House Hunters.  The launch builds upon Travel Channel’s existing presence in the market where the channel has been broadcast since 2006.
