There's a bounty of new flavors in store for Andrew Zimmern when he visits Alaska's Inside Passage, including some things that may be very hard to swallow! With much of the food coming from the sea, people here make the most of the food they hunt, catch, or forage in the water. From fresh sea cucumbers, to pickled gumboots, to smoked hooligans, there are plenty of new finds and old favorites for Zimmern to try. So whether it's hunting seal with a member of Tlingkit tribe, learning to preserve fish eggs in a jar for the winter months ahead, or eating stinkheads for the first time, Zimmern is getting a whole new taste of Alaska!
Series Synopsis: He’s back!  Andrew Zimmern, the two-time James Beard Award-winning TV personality, chef, food writer and culinary explorer, continues his quest across the United States exploring the bizarre foods and cultures in his own backyard.  This time, Zimmern’s adventures include sampling baked muskrat in Baltimore, deep-fried piglet testicles in Iowa and fermented fish eggs in Alaska.

Anthony Melchiorri heads to Jamaica to fix the many issues plaguing the Gardenia Resort.  With an untrained staff, a GM lacking confidence, and everything dirty and littered with trash, Melchiorri has a real challenge to get this island flower to bloom before it dies!
Series Synopsis: Hotel “fixer,” Anthony Melchiorri returns to turn struggling hotels into bustling tourist destinations.  Each episode features a hotel either not living up to its potential, or on the verge of closing.  Melchiorri assesses each property and identifies its biggest problems.  He then meets with the staff, from front desk receptionists to housekeeping to the owners themselves, to determine the key operation issues.  Joining Melchiorri on location are a variety of highly experienced designers including Blanche Garcia, Casey Noble and Alison Victoria, who will help transform key spaces in each hotel.  As in last season, Melchiorri has just days to convince the hotel staff and owners to let go of the reins, formulate a plan, revamp the hotel and re-motivate its staff.  For some hotel owners, this is their last hope.

Kevin Michael Connolly heads to Fort Benning, Georgia to see what it takes to become an Army Ranger in jump school. The regimen is tough, especially without legs, but Connolly is up for the challenge. He embarks on one of the most grueling weeks of his life, enduring physical and emotional highs and lows en route to being all he can be. Along the way, he conquers his fear of heights by traversing the historic obstacle course, completing water survival training and learning to skydive.
