There's a bounty of new flavors in store for Andrew Zimmern when he visits Alaska's Inside Passage, including some things that may be very hard to swallow! From fresh sea cucumbers, to pickled gumboots, to smoked hooligans, there are plenty of new finds and old favorites for Zimmern to try. So whether it's hunting seal with a member of Tlingkit tribe, learning to preserve fish eggs in a jar for the winter months ahead, or eating stinkheads for the first time, Zimmern is getting a whole new taste of Alaska!
Series Synopsis: He’s back! Andrew Zimmern, the two-time James Beard Award-winning TV personality, chef, food writer and culinary explorer, continues his quest across the United States exploring the bizarre foods and cultures in his own backyard.
