The lack of measurement for viewing on tablets and other connected devices is also a huge concern for programmers, Franklin told attendees.
“We don’t want to drive audiences to platforms where they aren't measured,” she said. “It’s incumbent on us to figure out measurement. I hope this is a year of action. We have another 12 to 18 months to get our act together.”
