For Singapore Vol Day group photo attached, “Our strong men and women from Scripps Networks Interactive Food Network Asia and the boys of Montfort Secondary School, Singapore had a blast building a garden for the school last weekend for our very own Change the World #scrippscsr project!”
From Singapore to New York and many places in between, over 700 employees changed the world in our local communities during our annual volunteer day. In Central Park, the teams cleaned up 250 acres of lawn to protect 20,000 trees. In Knoxville, over 40 tons of pea gravel were used during the Rebuilding Together Veteran rebuild project and the teams helped scoop, bag and box over 3,700 pounds of cereal at Second Harvest. And in Singapore, 60 employees teamed up with 60 students to build a sustainable garden at Montfort Secondary School. #ScrippsCSR helps Change the World, one home, one meal, one community at a time.
