Just a week remains for HGTV fans to enter for a chance to win the HGTV^® Smart Home 2016. The grand prize package valued at more than $1.2 million will be awarded this summer and includes the home in Raleigh, N.C., plus all its furnishings, a 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLC and $100,000

Starting today and continuing through 5 p.m. ET Thursday, June 2, 2016, viewers can put technology to work for their chance to move into the HGTV^® Smart Home 2016. Eligible viewers can enter twice per day -- once at HGTV.com and once at DIYNetwork.com -- for their chance to win the grand prize package valued at more than $1.2 million. 

Shelton, Connecticut, resident David Rennie was sure his successful kidney transplant last year was his big win and his "five minutes of fame." At a recognition of the one-year anniversary of his surgery at his church last week, HGTV designer and host Tiffany Brooks ambushed Rennie and his family to let him know he was the winner of the HGTV^® Dream Home 2016.
